Information for consumers:
On 5 February 2016 the Czech Bar Association was authorised by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic to provide out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes for disputes between a lawyer and consumer arising from contracts for the provision of legal services (under Act No. 634/1992 Coll. on Consumer Protection, as amended).
